Mr. Sheffert has a demonstrated background working with investors, lenders, and management teams to maximize value as a private equity investor, advisor, and business owner. As a Manchester Partner, Mr. Sheffert works with funds and companies in financial advisory engagements. Prior to re-joining Manchester, he was a private equity investor with a Chicago-based private equity firm with over $250mm of committed capital. His recent experience includes:

• Leading solvency and fraudulent transfer analysis for shareholder dispute / litigation
• Advising mezzanine fund on restructuring to maximize recovery on $8mm investment
• Valuations for investment, restructuring, and accounting purposes
• Restructured a $400mm distribution company and secured new $25mm line of credit
• Sold a business services company through an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors
• Advised family-owned business on its sale to a private equity-sponsored company
• Worked with management of technology company to optimize cross-selling opportunities
