iPrior to joining Manchester, Mr. Steichen was the Chief Financial Officer of Broadsign International, Inc., a market-leading provider of software and services to the digital signage industry. Prior to that, Mr. Steichen was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Analysts International Corporation, a $350 million NASDAQ-listed global technology services company. He was responsible for a staff of 150 people who managed the company’s SEC and Sarbanes Oxley reporting and compliance, internal audits, financial planning and analysis, information technology, general accounting, and other responsibilities. Previous to his management at Analysts International, Mr. Steichen was with Deloitte & Touche for 13 years in various management, accounting, and auditing roles.
